Your relationships. Your sexuality. Your magic.
Choose love over fear, and build a life that actually makes your heart sing.
Coaching for people navigating love, intimacy, identity, and conscious relationships. Whether you're trying to reconnect, tell the truth about what you want, or find a way of living that finally fits you, you don't have to face the heat alone.
The love is still there. So why do you feel so alone?
You're not fighting, exactly. But something's gone quiet. You can be right next to your partner and still feel lonely, having the same conversations, landing in the same place, missing the closeness you used to have.
We start with what's really going on underneath, and consciously build a relationship that fits, no societal script, no "supposed to." We find what lights you both up and design the structure that makes your relationship sing.
What can shift: reconnecting after distance, talking honestly about what you each want, repairing trust, and finding your way back to connection and play.
You're not bad at polyamory or ENM. You're exhausted from doing it in a paradigm that was built for two.
The emotional labor is endless. You're managing everyone's feelings, holding the whole thing together, and running on empty. It feels like polyamory is just harder than it should be, and maybe like the problem is you.
It isn't. Here's what almost nobody sees: monogamy and polyamory run on completely different paradigms. Monogamy comes from scarcity, love as a limited resource you have to protect. Polyamory comes from abundance. Almost all the friction, all the exhaustion, comes from trying to do poly while you're still operating from the monogamy paradigm. And it quietly wears you down.
So that's the work. First I help you actually see the two paradigms and which one you're running in any given moment. Then, every time friction shows up, I give you a real tool, something you can use in the moment to shift out of scarcity and choose the response that actually lights you up instead of the one that drags you down. And you build a whole new paradigm around polyamory, and around relating itself.
What can shift: having tools to deal with any issue that comes up in polyamory, far less emotional labor, and a whole new paradigm around relating that actually works.
Your spark didn't die. It's been smothered under a paradigm that was never yours.
The sex has stopped, even though the love hasn't. Desire feels like something that happened to someone you used to be. There's a quiet fear that this is just how it is from here on out.
It isn't. You're not broken. Your sexuality was written by everyone but you: religion, culture, family, every message you absorbed before you ever had a say.
That's your sexual paradigm, the whole set of beliefs and rules you inherited about what sex and desire are allowed to be. When it's built out of shame and other people's scripts, it quietly shuts you down. So that's where we start. We look honestly at what's actually in your paradigm, trace where each piece came from, and take out what was never yours. Then we build a completely new paradigm that's genuinely you, outside your past, your conditioning, all of it. Most people have never once seen their sexuality that way.
No shame, no clinical coldness, no pretending. I've watched clients who hadn't been touched in over a decade open up and end up laughing, giggling, and genuinely enjoying sex again.
Your body remembers how. Let's wake it up.
What can shift: seeing the paradigm that's been running your sexuality, clearing out inherited shame, reconnecting with desire on your own terms, and building a sexuality that's finally yours to enjoy.
You know the life you're meant to live. You also know you're the one standing in the way.
You can feel the life of love, passion, and courage that's possible for you. But something keeps pulling you back into fear and staying small. You've read the books, done the therapy. You want something deeper, something that moves the block instead of just talking about it.
That's the Cauldron.
We work on every level: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. We find where the block lives in your body, bring it to the surface, and connect it to what you're here to do. Then we build practices that let you see what you've never been able to see. If we use ritual or embodied practice, it's always optional, purposeful, and built around you, never woo for its own sake.
I'll be straight with you. No fluff, no spiritual bypassing. Think of me as your guide through the forest of life, someone who's walked it and won't let you wander alone.
What can shift: seeing the pattern that keeps running you, dissolving the blocks instead of managing them, making grounded decisions about your life, and building daily practices that hold the change in place.

Is this a fit?
People do their best work with me when they're ready to be honest and want to be told the truth, not managed. If you want someone to keep you comfortable, I'm not your coach. If you want someone to stay in the heat with you while you change, I am.
Coaching with me is powerful, and it isn't a replacement for therapy or medical care. If something needs a therapist or a doctor, I'll say so.
