By now you know what brought you here. This is how the work actually happens.
I don't run people through a formula. I have a way of being with you that makes change possible, and a few things I won't compromise on.
I show you the patterns running your life. This is my gift. I hear the pattern underneath what you're describing and hand it back to you. Not my interpretation of your life, your own life made visible. That's the moment change starts to stick, because you can't unsee it once it's yours.
I hold the container. You do the transforming. My job is to be steady and heavy enough to hold whatever rises, so you can stop holding it all yourself. I stay grounded when things get intense. I don't fix you. I hold the heat while you see yourself clearly, often for the first time.
I choose love over fear, and I'll invite you to do the same. I believe an open heart is worth more than a safe one. So much of what keeps us stuck is an old decision to protect ourselves instead of live fully. I won't push you where you don't want to go. But I'll keep pointing at the place where fear is quietly running the show, and I'll stay in the heat with you while you decide.
I tell you the truth. I'm not here to blow smoke or keep you comfortable. I'll hold you to what you say you want, especially when you're tempted to back away from it. That's not me being hard on you. That's me refusing to abandon what matters to you.
I work with your real nature, not against it. Your relationships, your desire, your energy, the way your brain works. The goal is a life built to fit who you actually are, one that's sustainable instead of one that burns you down.
What I ask of you: willingness to be seen, honesty about what you actually want even when it's inconvenient, and readiness to do the part only you can do. You bring undefended openness. I'll hold the heat. You do the looking.
On a free call we'll talk about what brought you here, what you hope will change, and whether my approach feels right for you. No pressure, no pitch.
I work with people I genuinely believe I can help. People who are open, willing, and ready to actually engage, not just talk about changing.
The commitment. We begin with a minimum of four weekly one-hour sessions, held virtually. Four weeks is enough to build trust, find momentum, and feel the real impact. Then we pause, reflect, and decide together whether to keep going. The fuller arc is usually around eight sessions, enough for the patterns to genuinely shift. After every session I send you a written action plan. The hour is where we see clearly. What you do between our calls is where it becomes real.
How you pay. I don't charge a fixed fee upfront. Once your committed sessions are complete, we check in and I ask you one question: how much value has this added to your life? You choose what to pay, and I invoice that amount. For reference, a beginning coach charges around $150 an hour and experienced coaches $500 and up. I've done this work for twenty years, but I don't want you paying for my years. I want you to choose an amount that's honest, aligned, and respectful of both the value you received and your real financial situation.
A deposit to begin. To reserve your place, you choose a non-refundable deposit. You set the number. It's the first piece of skin in the game, and the amount you land on reflects how ready you are. Choose an amount that feels like a real yes. Payment plans are always available. Money should never be the reason you stay stuck.
Why I work this way. This keeps everything rooted in trust, transparency, and mutual accountability. I won't work with you unless you're committed and doing the work, and I won't take your money unless you're genuinely getting results. We're both all in, or we don't begin.
"Our 8 sessions turned out to change my whole life.
I learned a lot about myself and the reasons for my behaviours, not only at work but in all my life situations. She helped salvage what may have been a marriage heading to divorce to one of love and respect. She taught me coping mechanisms I will use for the rest of my life.
I’ve become a better person and I owe it all to her.”
